Journey Girl's Policies and Procedures

  • (click here for) --> The Journey Girl "Hold Harmless" Agreement which MUST be signed and received with your initial payment/deposit
  • A 50% payment/deposit is required to secure your event's requested date and time
  • Events are scheduled on date/time availability (as early as 90 days out)
  • Early booking is recommended
    •
  • Travel is up to 50 miles of Atlanta, GA
  • Minimum of one week's event notice is requested for ALL bookings. Less than one week event reservation will be charged a $25 "Rush Fee"
  • At least one group Leader/Staff member MUST be present before, during, and after the entire event
  • Please allow at least 15 minutes before, and after your scheduled event time for setup and cleanup
  • Your party/event environment should be smoke free
  • Only one Personal/Business/Organization check can be usded for payment
  • With advanced notice, alternate event locations are available upon request, based on time and date availability
  • Upon Inclement and/or Severe Weather, your event may be re-scheduled.
  • There is a NO REFUND Policy. Credit gmay go toward NEXT class/event.
  • 48-hour class/event cancellation is REQUIRED. Payment/Deposit will be applied to new booking within 30 days of original event date.
  • Final/Confirmed package price will not be reduced due to party "No Shows"
