The Journey Girl Policies and Procedures:

The Journey Girl "Hold Harmless" Agreement
(which MUST be signed and received with your initial payment/deposit )
·A 50% payment/deposit is required to secure your event's requested date and time
(remaining balance paid on/before event date)
·Events are scheduled on date/time availability (as early as 90 days out)
·Early booking is recommended
·Travel is up to 50 miles of outside of Atlanta, GA
·Minimum of two week's event notice is recommended for ALL events
·A standard travel fee has been applied to the overall event cost
·Less than two week event reservation will be charged a $25 "Rush Fee"
·At least one parent/group Leader/Staff member MUST be present before, during, and after the entire event
·Please allow at least 15 minutes before, and after your scheduled event time for setup and cleanup
·Your party/event environment should be smoke free
·Only one Personal/Business/Organization check can be used for pre-payment
·Cash/Credit Card payment ONLY accepted for final payment methods
·With advanced notice, alternate event locations may be available upon request (based on time and date availability)
·Upon Inclement and/or Severe Weather, your event may be re-scheduled
·There is a NO REFUND Policy. Credit may go toward NEXT class/event
·48-hour class/event cancellation is REQUIRED
·Payment/Deposit will be applied to new booking within 30 days of original event date
·Final/confirmed package price will not be reduced due to party no shows
